Analyst Key Client Solutions PvB
Job Description
The analyst will be part of the Key Client Solutions Team for PvB East. The main task is to support the PvB in structuring and writing credit requests for complex transactions. Besides that, liaising with Risk and post approval follow up is part of the tasks as well. Key Client Solutions is the first contact point for our PvB RM's for any referral of clients/deals to WB. On top of this, any transactions such as Cornerstone Investments, structured leveraged transactions etc which are distributed to our PvB clients will be handled by the Key Client Group.
Key Roles Responsibilities
- Support the Relationship Managers in writing and structure complex credit transactions
- Liaising with Risk and post approval follow up with RMs and other internal departments
- Refer transactions to our WB colleagues and be the link between the two businesses
- Provide support on transactions which are referred from WB to our PvB (such as Cornerstone Investments, structured leveraged transaction etc)
Qualifications Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Analyzing financial statements
- Understanding of PvB products
- Excellent Office skills
- Bloomberg skills
- Up to 5 years in experience in a similar role or PvB business
