Analyst – LBO and Restructuring Fund recruitment
Our client is one of the top US private equity funds, who are now looking to add an Investment Analyst to their leveraged buyout team. The team invests in mid - senior level leveraged buyouts and takes control positions in the firms into which they invest. They are a prolific investor and have enjoyed some of the best IRR against their peers.
The role will focus on the execution of deals, and the structuring of transactions. This will involve, inter alia, financial modelling, valuations, LBO analysis, credit structuring, document preparation.
Candidates will currently work in either leveraged finance, debt structuring or restructuring and probably have just finished their 2nd year in IBD - ie 3rd year analyst this summer 2012. We would also consider someone promoted to Associate this year, providing they are happy to join as an analyst.
You must have exceptional financial modelling skills and ideally worked on debt modelling.
