Analyst Licensing- Compliance
Position Description Audits work processes and licenses Collaborates with regulatory agencies to build relationships to facilitate licensing process and reduce disruptions to the business Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Licensing Compliance and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans Develops internal and external communications to support key stakeholders Maintains and updates the licensing and responsible persons credentialing databases on licenses for field operations to ensure continued business operations Manages and negotiates the licensing process for all operating formats within the company Manages personal identification information (PII) of field operations personnel for licensing requirements to certify responsible person Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions Researches and interprets regulatory requirements for operating licenses
