Analyst, Network Product Development Management Job
This position is critical in supporting the business testing efforts across multiple concurrent projects across multiple locations (Domestic International). The incumbent would be accountable for leading test activities across multiple Network initiatives. The incumbent may also manage smaller scale projects. Responsible for test execution planning and coordination of testing activities across several business units. The incumbent will proactively coordinate, support and manage end to end business testing for all lines of business, working very closely with the business units contributing and impacted by Network initiatives. These business units include Technologies, Finance, GMS, GNS, GCS and many other Global and local organizations. Monitor and communicate progress of project delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of the status, in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues. American Express is an equal opportunity employer. * Must have 3+ years experience on one or more large multi-market system project(s). * Must have extensive experience of preparing, planning, coordinating the execution of business testing. * Knowledge of the AR systems, Merchant Submission, Card Authorizations, existing Financial Capture processes would be a benefit. * Knowledge of Mercury Quality Center, including the loading and managing to test cases would be a benefit. * Demonstrated clear understanding of project management process to ensure timely and organized execution of work. Excellent time management and follow up skills, with the ability to deliver on multiple priorities. * Strong relationship building skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority * Proven verbal and written communication skills. * Good working knowledge of MS software office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word). * Self-starter with attention to detail and strong analytical skills. * Ability to solve problems quickly and under deadline pressure while maintaining high quality. * The candidate must possess high motivation, enthusiasm, and dedication to deliver results within strict time frames. * Working knowledge of SDLC. * Cross-cultural awareness and willingness to partner with both US and * International markets, while meeting program objectives, are critical to the success of this role. * Flexibility with work schedule required to accommodate international time zones.
