Analyst – Operations Regulatory Reporting – Global IB recruitment
Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for regulators, exchanges and other stakeholders
- Rotation of job responsibilities within the team to ensure effective training of self and others
- Take ownership and provide support on new reports, create procedures and checklists, resolve exceptions etc.
- Manage training and handover of production responsibilities including BCP arrangements, regional oversight support etc.
- Develop solid working relationships with other areas of the firm including the, Securities Division, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and other Operations teams
- Support strategic business initiatives and assist with integration into the team
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical and documentation skills with an ability to understand complex workflows
- Strong ability to partner and influence with various stakeholders such as Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize workload and drive results
- Experience in an Operations, Regulatory, Audit, Legal and Compliance and/or Information Technology capacity
- Flexibility with the ability to learn quickly
