Investment Banking Operations is responsible for the management and execution of millions of securities transactions on a daily basis. In partnership with Securities Sales Trading, Prime Services, Information Technology and other teams from across the Bank, Operations professionals help develop and manage products, processes and services in ways that maximize profitability while minimizing risk. We apply a continual focus on improving productivity and efficiency while seeking new and innovative ways to support clients' changing needs.
Your role
• Trade processing and confirmation
• Trade settlement and trade fail management
• Margin asset servicing
• Risk management
• Client services
Product coverage:
Equities, Prime Services, Credit Derivatives, Treasury, Exotics, Interest Rates, FX, Commodities and Emerging Markets.
• Natural fluency of the Japanese Language (either at native level or at least passed JLPT Level 1) as well as English is essential;
• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field highly preferred;
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills;
• Ideally Investment Banking Operations experience;
• Working knowledge of Investment Banking products.
