Analyst Performance I O&M Job in Tempe 85281, Arizona US
Basic Job Functions:
Responsible for the daily evaluation of PV Plant performance through the identification and investigation of data collection errors as well as reported performance and availability metrics. This individual will work with a regional team to support contractual reporting of PV Plant performance, availability guarantees and associated operational and maintenance activities. The ability to effectively correlate and communicate monitored data, metrics and local plant activities is essential to the successful execution of this role.
Experience:
A suitable candidate should have previous experience participating in academic research projects, performing data driven components analysis or engineering system analysis. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a strong aptitude with computers skills including: working with large data sets, visualizing data in graphs, identifying trends and outliers.
Education:
- Technical Associates Degree, Engineering or equivalent four (4) year degree preferred
- Proficiency with Excel required
- Proficiency with MatLab and SQL preferred
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of commitment to the team’s success.
- Ability to share technical expertise with team members.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects and tasks.
- Available to travel periodically to remote PV Plant and Owner/Customer locations in US and Canada, not to exceed 10%

- Ability to collaborate with regionally dispersed team members via email, instant messaging and phone.
- Proficient computer skills using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Outlook
- Document Analysis Calculations, Procedures and Processes.
