Analyst (Private Equity)
This is a standout opportunity to join a leading private equity fund with significant funds under management and an enviable track record in the LBO and MBO markets. Due to new funds being raised and internal team promotions, they are looking to hire a new team member.
You work across the full investment cycle of high profile deals and investments. You will mange the evaluation of new deals, provide financial analysis and valuation work and will be assigned to an existing portfolio business, to act as a portfolio manager. You will be working closely with senior executives in the investments and at a fund level.
Successful candidates will have 3- 4 years experience, either an Analyst or Associate/Associate Director level at a global investment bank in the MA team or a top tier management consulting firm with significant deal exposure. Beyond your technical and financial modelling skills you will be commercially astute and demonstrate a sound knowledge of private equity/principle investment.
