About our client
A large multi-billion North American investor with a long term commitment to private equity is looking for an analyst to join their direct investments team in London. This team is the partner of choice for co-sponsoring or co-leading the largest and most prominent deals in the market. The London based team takes responsibility for all European deals. This is a small team who is keen to grow and bring on board the best of talent mixed with ambition and drive.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in the evaluation and execution of company acquisitions across Europe
- Be fully involved throughout the due diligence process (liaise with financial, commercial strategic and legal advisers), prepare investment committee papers and support the ongoing management of portfolio companies
- Present your views and findings in structured and accurate manner
Skills we’re looking for
- Excellent academics from a reputable institution
- Investment banking MA or Leverage finance experience at Analyst level
- Highly rated within your team, strong modeling and financial valuation skills, commercially minded
- Strong communication skills in English, maturity and ability to work independently
- Team player, ambitious and keen to be exposed to the largest deals in the industry
