Analyst, Private Equity Fundraising recruitment
As a result of a very strong pipeline they are now looking to hire one candidate to help bolster their execution capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have come from an MA or similar transactional training within a top tier firm. The role will enable the successful candidate to transition into a role that combines the technical and analytical skills of a corporate financier with developing client facing relationship and sales skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting due diligence on potential private equity funds (GPs) for origination pitching
- Due diligence and analysis of clients to prepare for marketing
- Preparation of PPM's and documentation in anticipation of road shows
- Project Managing fundraising including dealing with investors, advisors and other relevant parties
- Covering key investor accounts to establish investment appetite and to market funds
- Accompanying GPs on roadshows
- Acting as an advisor on fundraising to the GP community
The firm operate a very flat structure and the successful candidate will be challenged from day one and given every chance to learn and progress rapidly. Previous Private Equity Fundraising experience would be an advantage but not essential.
