- Set up 24 months ago and already doubled portfolio value
- True Real Estate professionals, not bankers
- Truly opportunistic with investments including 'Super-Ressie', Hotel Debt and London Commercial
- Carry available at Associate level
What they are looking for;
- Solid Modelling Skills (If statements)- Ideally from a Fund or MA
- Can do attitude and happy to take responsibility
- Passion for Real Estate (the most important!)
- 3-12 months ideally of experience.
