Global tier one Investment bank is seeking a strong Analyst Programmer with excellent experience of server side JAVA and FLEX UI development skills to join their Structured Products business here in Hong Kong. The successful analyst programmer will have a strong foundation in object oriented programming as well as good knowledge of algorithms and data structures particularly with JAVA and strong experience of advanced Flex 3 or Flex 4 UI development experience making use of the Parsley framework.
The successful analyst programmer will be developing applications for the Structured Products business as they undergo a major programme of change. Alongside the strong JAVA and Flex skills, candidates are experience to have a proven track record of innovation and performance optimisation, as although this is an analyst programmer position, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of software development including requirements gathering, design and architecture, development, testing and support. Candidates from outside of the financial industry will be considered provided they have strong experience of both JAVA and Flex.
