Analyst, Property Finance
Our client is continuing to expand its Corporate Banking product range and major corporate customer base. As a result they now seek an Analyst to help drive the Real Estate business forward.
The role will entail;
- Support of front office marketing and origination activity.
- Direct client interaction.
- Analysing Business Proposals submitted.
- Preparing full credit proposals and risk analysis for presentation to the Credit Committee, including spreading and analysing of balance sheets and forecasts.
- Presenting credit proposals to Credit Committee
- Visit clients and attend results presentations as required
- To continuously monitor the risk situations of a portfolio of clients.
- To draft replies to enquiries regarding ongoing business and other relevant matters made by various departments of the Head Office.
- To help with preparing policies, procedures or statistical reports relating to the business.
To be considered you MUST have 2-3 years recent corporate banking experience (with multi-national names) and this will include a knowledge of Real Estate Finance and credit analysis.
