BA/BS with 3 - 5 years of experience OR MA/MBA (Entry Level) years of experience OR the equivalent combination of education and experience.

  1. Process, clean, manipulate, manage and analyze data. Use Excel, Access, and statistical programming applications such as SAS or other specialized applications. May validate data and/or perform statistical modeling and forecasting and trend analysis using creative judgment on assignments of moderate complexity.
  2. Develop charts, graphs and presentations applying intermediate level application skills. May assist on high impact and complex projects. May manage project components, delegating and reviewing work for accuracy, and quality.
  3. Conduct reviews of relevant literature to inform the design of research and evaluation studies, and include in reports that present study findings.
  4. Contribute to the development of data collection instruments, as well as of procedures for data collection, manipulation and analysis during all project phases.
  5. Conduct quantitative and/or qualitative analysis for research and evaluation studies.
  6. Contribute to the drafting of study reports and other publications.
  7. Contribute to the management of project tasks by taking initiative to resolve complex non-routine matters. Implement and manage project schedules, plans, goals and budgets under the indirect supervision of more senior staff. Independently analyze issues to reconcile and resolve problems. Apply knowledge and experience of general operations, systems, and project procedures.
  8. Assume a role in proposal efforts by preparing drafts of sections.
