Analyst- Real Estate Commercial Lending recruitment
I am looking for an experienced Real Estate Analyst to join a top tier investment bank. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.
Responsibilities will include
The candidate will be to required to gather, analyse, interpret and record detailed information regarding the Group’s exposure to commercial investment and development property. You will be working closely with the subject matter experts, both credit analysts and relationship management colleagues, to capture and validate the required data for populating the database.
Requirements for the Role:
Proven background in credit data gathering, analysis and interpretation.
Ideally, knowledge of real estate commercial lending requirements.
Strong communication skills.
The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level whilst working within a blue chip organisation.
Contract role based in the City.
Rates: £300 (neg)
