Analyst, Real Estate Finance recruitment
This is a high profile role within the business and the successful candidate will play a vital role in the decision making process. Strong credit analysis skills, understanding of the Uk Real Estate market and transaction management experience are key to this role.
The role will include
Individual business plan appraisal and the formulation of customer solutions
• Manage legal reviews, including all facility and security documentation, to determine the suitability of the current debt structures
•Instruction of legal and property advisors to assist with restructuring
• Prepare financial models and undertake sensitivity analysis to stress test the financial structures.
• Preparation of credit papers
Attend customer meetings and support management of the customer relationship on a day to day basis
• Monitor and ensure borrower compliance
• Reporting where necessary
• Liaise with middle and back office to provide risk management reports for senior management
• Provide support for project activities in order to ensure that they are delivered on time and within budget
