Analyst, Real Estate, Leading Advisor
Our client is one of the world's leading Real Estate Advisers with offices in the US, Asia, Europe and Australasia, covering all aspects of the real estate world from Principal Investment (Debt Equity), Derivatives, through to traditional valuations.
Due to increased deal flow, and in particular two new contracts, they are in urgent need of a junior to mid level Analyst to work in their Debt Servicing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading team who promote early and pay substantial bonuses to people who work hard.
The role:
- Production of complex models (DCF) and NPV
- Production of monthly reports for bond debt holders and IPD reports
- Preparing credit comity reports and annual reviews
- Assist in the execution of workout strategies
- Analysis of loan performance against borrower business plans and initial underwriting
- Liaison with bond and debt holders
- Various other ad-hoc responsibilities
Requirements:
Must haves:
- Good understanding of the Real Estate market (Ideally including debt)
- Strong modelling skills (DCF)
- Good communication and presentation skills, including fluency in English
Ideals:
- Second European language, ideally German
- Experience of working in Real Estate Debt or Servicing
