Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Responsibilities include the detailed analysis, documentation and monitoring of leveraged loans and private mezzanine and equity investments in businesses operating across a wide variety of industries.
This position requires an understanding of accounting and financial terminology and their application in the investment process. The candidate should also possess strong communication skills, a willingness to travel, with the ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction-oriented deal team. This position is located in the Sydney, Australia office.
Requirements:
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics (minimum)
- 2 – 5 years of credit analysis or investment related experience
- Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction oriented deal team
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and financial terminology and their application in the investment process
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Power Point
