The Analyst will also prepare high quality materials for senior management and the Investment Committee to enable effective analysis of deal acquisition and monitoring of deal performance for the US$500 Million fund including extensive financial modeling, deal underwriting, market analysis and due diligence. Applicants are required to have a significant interest in real estate with proven financial feasibility skills including financial modeling, due diligence and research skills and have the ability to draft investment proposals and investment business plans. Applicants from a Real Estate Fund Management background will be at an advantage but those with Real Estate Private Equity experience will be considered. An excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Applicants should have around 2-3 years direct real estate investment experience. Proven deal experience in China is required.
