This newly formed organisation offers its clients the focus and attention of a boutique investment group, with the global reach of a major multinational bank. Their corporate finance business relates to MA (public company takeovers, takeover defences, acquisitions and disposals, mergers and corporate reconstructions, MBO/MBI, private treaty transactions) and ECM (IPO preparation, IPOs – ASX and international exchanges, placements, rights issues, hybrids).
The team restructure has resulted in the need for an additional junior resource on the team. We seek market savvy individuals with strong financial analytical skills and a passion for the markets. Your experience may have been gained from the advisory of valuations teams within an accounting firm or an investment bank and a CA will be well regarded. You will be part of a small team and as such will be in a client facing role so strong presentation skills are a must.
This team has great deal flow and sees strong volume at the smaller end of the market. Unusually for the mid cap, it also combines this with Asia-Pac distribution and client base which renders it a very competitive proposition at a busy end of the market.
