Analyst Renewable Energy
Our client is looking for an Analyst to join their rapidly growing team focused on Tax Equity and Asset Sales.
Candidates will be exposed to a high level of responsibility.
*Analyze and source project finance transactions within the renewable energy space involving tax equity placements or asset sales
*Develop and review financial models that serve as the template to tax equity investors, lenders and sponsors
*Review legal documentation, engineering reports, power purchase agreements and project related contracts to facilitate the due diligence process and to prepare investor materials during the sale process
*Participate in documentation and structuring discussions with sponsors, investors, lenders and respective counsel
*Comfortable working within a tight knit team with varied levels of responsibilities
*1-3 years experience in an Analyst capacity
*Project finance, structured finance experience
*Energy work, especially renewables is a plus
*Strong attention to detail and quantitatively oriented
*Attractive education credentials
