Analyst, Restructuring & Debt Advisory recruitment
This role will gain excellent client exposure while advising across a range of industry sectors on a number of restructuring projects including debt for equity swaps, new money injections, debt to hybrid, convertible bond restructurings, deleveraging disposals and mergers, and rescue rights issues. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading team and build an impressive transaction list.
Responsibilities will include:
• Execution of restructuring / debt advisory solutions.
• Providing industry and sector research, company valuations and financial modeling.
• Preparing presentations for clients, investors and wider investment community.
Successful candidates will display an exceptional academic background and a strong record of achievement within a reputable investment bank, ideally within a credit related team (Leveraged Finance, Securitisation, Workout or similar). Candidates will have very strong analytical and communication skills and a good knowledge of valuation/modeling techniques.
