This is an opportunity to join a corporate finance boutique that is redefining the competitive landscape in the technology focused advisory space. With offices in the USA as well as here in London, this firm has acted as sole advisor to technology leaders on a number of multi-billion dollar transactions. Whoever joins this firm will be given the chance to get to grips with large, complex, market defining deals.
The successful candidate will currently be an analyst in a corporate finance team at an investment bank. A technology focus is not essential but during the interview process it will be necessary to demonstrate an interest in the area. Strong academics and excellent financial modelling skills are essential. This opportunity is open to analysts that began training in 2011.
