That's why we're here. The Analyst II, Commissions in our Sales Operations Services channel will work directly with front line managers to resolve sales operations related issues. This person will take knowledge from working with the field to suggest and implement improvements to the way we run our business. The Analyst 2 is accountable for maintaining a high level of customer service and driving continuous process improvement on an ongoing basis. Job Responsibilities: * Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers. * Participate in the development and testing of processes that impact sales and services. * Serve as resource for processing or providing solutions to daily emails, order requests and related questions via email, phone calls and email box. * Partner with cross-functional teams to support Sales focused initiatives. * Provide feedback on ways to improve processes within the Sales channel. * Responsible for ensuring appropriate training and communication is delivered to all Sales channels. * Communicate and develop relationships with all Sales distribution channels, Internal Business Partners and T-Mobile Suppliers. * Provide analysis to drive business improvements. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook * Strong communication, interpersonal and cross-functional team skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to details * Strong knowledge and proven work experience with Sales operations * Excellent organization skills required with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and service level requirements. Qualifications Requirements: * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word Outlook * Strong communication, interpersonal and cross-functional team skills * Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to details * Strong knowledge and proven work experience with Sales operations * Excellent organization skills required with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines and service level requirements.
