Analyst – Securitisation Finance recruitment

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with preparation of marketing material and with client and transaction sponsorship review

• Assist with transaction execution of conduit securitisation transactions (including working with clients, attorneys and other transaction parties to develop transaction documentation and working with the rating agencies to obtain transaction level rating agency approvals)

• Prepare analysis to assist with the business and risk management transaction process (including preparing transaction credit analysis and credit memos for new conduit securitisation transactions and renewals of existing transactions, conducting client, seller and servicer due diligence, and monitoring the performance of existing transactions)

• Assist with the ongoing management of existing transactions and client relationships

• Assist with credit analysis for new conduit securitisation transactions and renewals of existing transactions and assist with preparation of material for Group Risk Management

• Create and maintain transaction information and templates within RBC Securitisation Finance’s MIS system

• Develop knowledge of transaction process associated with public market ABS issuance in European markets

 EDUCATION / EXPERIENCES

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Banking, solid understanding of credit markets

• Energetic, intelligent and hard working for a demanding role

• Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadline requirements

• Strong work ethic with attention to detail

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
