Analyst / Senior Analyst – Healthcare Corporate Finance / MA – Dallas
The client is a specialist global investment bank , and leading mid market advisor to corporations across all industries , including healthcare, industrials, TMT, FIG, Consumer / retail, Industrials. The Dallas team are currently seeking candidates at an analyst level to join their Healthcare coverage team to work across the mandates within corporate finance / MA advisory. The team is one of the most successful coverage teams and junior candidates are able to work in a highly international environment and entrepreneurial environment. As an analyst your primary responsibilities include financial due diligence of potential transactions, and execution of transactions. The firm offer a highly competitive salary and bonus structure.
Experience required:
- significant experience at analyst within the investment banking space across corporate finance / MA / Capital Markets (1 - 2 years experience ~)
- transaction experience gained within a leading bank, boutique or advisory firm within the US markets
- strong modelling , due diligence and execution skills
- good team player and communication skills , ability to work well with both senior and junior team members and external parties
