Service Desk Business Analyst:

Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of service request processes and system configuration, administration, user admin, tier 2 customer support, project involvement related to request mgmt.

Candidate must have significant relevant experience in service desk, IT or related technology support, business process management experience, customer support at all levels from end user to executive.

Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Documentation, Knowledge Management, Reporting, and related application experience should be proficient to advanced.

General business professionalism, email correspondence, written verbal presentation skills and related experience should be advanced to expert.
