Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills such as Mathematics, Finance, or Economics. Relevant industry-related experience a positive;
- Achieved or working toward an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred;
- Extensive knowledge of business issues and processes;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and within a team setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will assist the software development group in identifying business processes throughout the firm that can be streamlined or automated. The candidate will consult with internal departments to determine technology requirements that support organizational business goals.
