Analyst – Special Servicing – Frankfurt recruitment
The Special Serving department, with offices in London and Frankfurt, is responsible for the work-out of distressed and non-performing loans and works with an experienced team of specialists on resolution strategies.
To strengthen our Special Servicing team in Frankfurt, we are looking to recruit an Analyst.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing financial models for tracking and forecasting the performance of the transactions
- Analysing borrowers’ financial information
- Liaising with borrowers regarding reporting requirements
- Under the guidance of the Asset Manager and Vice President preparation of various internal and external reporting requirements
- Executing and monitoring payments of the loan structure
- Due Diligence support for underwriting of new business
You will possess the following:
- Finance or real estate related degree from a recognised institution
- 1 – 3 years of experience (incl. internships) within real estate finance, investments, asset management, financial servicing or related sector
- Strong interest in real estate finance
- Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of cash flow analysis in Excel
- Motivated and detail orientated with the ability to work on assigned tasks independently
- Must be able to work, communicate and cooperate within a team environment
- Fluent English and German essential
