Job Description:
The Financial Analyst position has responsibility for maintaining American Beacon Advisors’ Finance department portfolio management system database through the following:
• Reconciling accounting reports to custodial records
• Preparing monthly and quarterly billings
• Providing assistance in the preparation of annual/semi-annual reports of the mutual funds
• Responsible for process improvement and automations
• Providing assistance in the preparation of Mutual Fund filings
• Special projects as required
Requirements:

• Excellent analytical, organizational and computer skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Able to work independently performing a variety of tasks
• Qualities necessary for optimal performance include perseverance, accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be flexible, well organized, proactive and demonstrate the ability to take initiative
• Accounting / Business degree or equivalent work experience required
• Flexibility to work extended hours as necessary
