An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Sr CRM Business Analyst in Specialty Materials. Reporting to the Global Director of CRM Excellence the Sr CRM Business Analyst will be responsible for a global implementation of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and its utilization for the commercial organization. Primary duties will include implementing programs and training to increase user adoption, accuracy, user productivity effectiveness, streamline workflow, and help advance Specialty Materials CRM Excellence initiative. This position will be responsible and accountable for translating business processes into system solutions by partnering with IT teams, preparing system requirements, performing complex configurations to match business unit requirements, providing SFDC application solutions and facilitating communication with site sales staff. This position will require being the primary contact for SM SBU sales marketing teams, who require maintenance, configuration, and reporting.

This position will require high-energy, proven ability to work with global cross-functional teams to optimize SFDC to improve sales team productivity and efficiency. The CRM Business Analyst will also act as a resource to train and coach Sales in the use of CRM and other IT related tools. In addition, the role will work closely with the SM business teams to provide better decision support (reports/dashboards), and improve data quality.
