Primary Focus:

Leading energy retailer has an immediate need for an Analyst, Strategic Change and Business Readiness. The Analyst, Strategic Change and Business Readiness will define Operations approach for strategic change projects leading to documented scope of work for each initiative. The ideal candidate will engage and represent stakeholders and business units in their activities and deliverables throughout the project life cycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·          Define and develop training and communications strategy and plans for all change initiatives; coordinate UAT activities.

·          Facilitate workshops with business functional groups and leaders to develop scope of work/deliverables for strategy initiatives.

·          Provide analyses of opportunities/risks and facilitates timely decision-making activities with business leaders to inform scope of work for change.

·          Establish strategy change deliverables on time/budget and with quality per project.

·          Develop, monitor and report on criteria for project implementation and warranty exit.

·          Provide support to a subset of the BA team for developmental purposes and to support day-to-day coaching/issues management.

 

Qualifications:

·          Bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience required

·          1-3 years experience working in leadership role for managing issues, projects and client support activities (utilities knowledge preferred)

·          Ability to excel in a fast pace, highly volatile environment

·          Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, planning and communication skills

·          Strong ability to interface and communicate with all levels across the organization

·          Proficient in Visio and Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
