Analyst, Structured Finance recruitment
The sucessful candidate will be assisting in the full transaction lifecycle includng origination, analysing structured deals and reviewing legal documentation.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Assist the building of client relationships and business development
- Credit analysis and cashflow modelling (key skills)
- Carrying out annual credit reviews on existing transations
- Effective handling of structured finance transactions, ensuring good service to the customer and profitability from such transactions.
Skills and experience required:
- 3 years of experience in analysing structured-type transactions, knowledge of project/leveraged and leasing style deals will be ideal.
- Excellent analytical reasoning skills/ accounting skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and good experience in financial modelling.
