Analyst – Structuring/Execution Corporate Banking recruitment
* The Analyst will support the Loan Products and transaction deal team in making recommendations regarding risk, deal structure, client requirements, and by analyzing financial and operating data for trends in financial performance of companies and industries.
* The Analyst will complete due diligence and credit analysis on current and prospective clients. Reviewed opportunities will include leveraged transactions.
*The Analyst will further support the Loan Portfolio Managers in a variety of other portfolio management needs for the business.
*The Analyst may participate in client calls, site visits, and syndication meetings.
Who we're looking for:
* 1 to 3 years in a lev fin, portfolio management, leveraged loan, or structuring group experience in an investment or corporate bank
* Excellent analytical skills to include business, financial, and credit analysis areas.
* Highly skilled in building complex financial models.
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
* Expertise in financial computer applications and database management tools including MS Excel. Strong proficiency in other Microsoft Office products and the Internet.
