Analyst/Associate- Energy Private Equity recruitment
Associates are involved in the full cycle of the investment process. Responsibilities include executing and overseeing the diligence process as it relates to new investment opportunities. Associates are also involved in monitoring and maintaining performance of existing portfolio companies by working closely with the senior management team and providing support in order to ensure strong portfolio returns. Candidates must have a proven passion for Energy investing and top- notch quantitative LBO/MA modeling abilities. The interview process entails both, a modeling test and a case study presentation.
Looking for:
2- 3 years of top consulting and/or banking experience in the upstream, downstream, renewable/exploration and/or commodities field.
Overall undergraduate GPA must be 3.5+
SAT/ACT equivalent- 1400+ combined Math and Verbal.
Excellent communication skills.
Top tier quantitative skills (e.g. ability to build complex LBO models in a short time frame)
True and proven interest in the Energy sector.
