Analyst/Associate, ISDA Trade Confirmation, Technology and Operations
Group Technology and Operations (TO) enables and empowers our Bank with an efficient, nimble, scalable standard infrastructure through a strategic focus on Productivity, Quality Control, Operating Models, Technology and People. In Group TO, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Support Business on Trade Confirmation, Client Valuation and MIS related services for all Product classes.
- Work with Business to ensure effective management of Client (FI Corporate) after Sale services.
- Work as a team to improve work Productivity to MKT measurement of 7 %.
- Ensure and enhance work flow within the control environment.
- Issuance and affirmation of trade Confirmation per ISDA or MCA T C
- Validation of trade per the Client Valuation Policy.
- Manage and effectively provide MIS report within the SWOT standard.
- Manage and work on a service level to meet client request within the controlled environment
- Manage and participate on TMO project initiatives
- Manage the MKT Efficiency, Utilization and Productivity Delivery.
- Work with In-Source Spokes on TMO processes.
Requirements
- Min 3 years of banking experience, specifically in the listed derivatives markets.
- Experience in various operation functions which includes processing, reconciliations, clearing, settlements etc
- Good understanding of the end to end processes, predominantly in ISDA Documentation, CSA, GMRA and Collateral Management
- Good knowledge and application of Information Technology
- Good client servicing experience – a combination of internal and external clients
- Good exposure to the some of the Treasury products, being Derivative, Foreign Exchanges, Fixed Income.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access or VBA.
