Prepare applications for new and existing facilities in order to assist

Relationship Managers and the marketing team in meeting customer requirements.

·       Identify opportunities to provide customers with appropriate products and services to assist in the achievement of business objectives, responding to a wide range of enquiries, resolving issues to the customers' satisfaction and escalating matters as appropriate.

·       Proactively monitor and review customer facilities, including economic profitability, reporting as appropriate on exposures, risk/reward ratios, product utilisation, use of banking services, recommending actions as appropriate.

·       Prepare and monitor a range of returns in a compliant and timely manner in order to provide senior management with information to monitor and control risk.

·       Undertake a range of financial, marketing and industry sector research and provide up to date information on customer relationships to enable the Relationship Manager and the marketing team to meet customer requirements and business objectives.

·       Assist management in the retention and development of existing business relationships, identifying opportunities to extend these relationships, attending customer meetings and assisting in the preparation of tenders for new and existing business.

·       Contribute to business development and marketing activity, identifying suitable opportunities, and assisting in the specification and review of relationship development plans.

Experience Required: 

" Approximately 3-5 years of financial services experience

" Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business, or equivalent professional experience

" Oil Gas experience preferred, but not essential

" Strong understanding of banking products

" Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment

" Strong analytical ability

" Good oral communication and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
