Analyst/AVP – Product Control Change recruitment
We are looking to hear from driven, meticulous, highly personable candidates who are looking to get into change functions relating to product control. We are currently managing several roles with top tier investment banks.
You:
- Previous line product control experience, from 2-7 years with a good track record of initiating change or being involved in projects or business analysis; OR
- Previous change background, ideally focussed around Product Control or areas relating or very close to Product Control
- Strong and relevant degree
- Good systems skills and exposure - Excel, VBA and so on all highly desirable
- High energy, motivation and the ability to gain buy in and interact with various levels of stakeholders
Day-to-day duties:
- Analysis, partnering and general interaction with Product Control line teams to identify gaps and potential improvements.
- Provision of Business Analysis Services - creation of flow charts, decision trees, documentation of 'as is' processes, root cause analysis
- Write business requirements / functional specs
- Help with UAT
- Initiate, conceptualise and project manage smaller work streams
- Engage projects partners around the business
