My client, a well known global investment banking boutique with operations throughout the world's major financial centres are recruiting client facing MA Analysts to join their Corporate Finance Team in London.
This is an attractive opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a top ranked, well capitalised institution within a highly rated coverage team in London covering EMEA where you will be exposed in detail to the range of corporate finance disciplines on transactions encompassing; cross-border MA, DCM and Financial Sponsors.
The team is experiencing significantly ioncreased deal activity therefore the roles have recently been created to fulfil the execution needs of a well regarded, growing franchise with a strong and increasing pipeline of mandates. The ideal candidates will have at least 12 to 36 months investment banking experience either from a Bulge Bracket Bank, Tier 1 institution or a reputable boutique with direct MA experience.
It is imperative that candidates have strong, prior sector experience in any of the below areas (Industrials, Metal Mining, Consumer Retail, Technology, Energy, Support Services, Healthcare and Business Services). Candidates must have strong relevant transaction experience, excellent financial and analytical skills, client exposure and be confident in front of prospective clients.
It is desirable that candidates can interface comfortably with their seniors to liaise effectively with clients including; financial sponsors, major corporates, company founders, board members, management teams and other senior professionals. There will be vast exposure for the right individuals including the opportunity to travel, develop, grow and take ownership of your own client base and critically medium term fee generation opportunities in what is an open and flat hierarchical structure.
