Analysts/Junior Associates, Corporate Advisory recruitment

The team comprises specialists in mergers and acquisitions, strategic advice, debt capital and private equity across a broad sector group.
Working closely with a team of highly experienced investment bankers and financial services advisors, you will support in the origination, analysis and execution of transaction activity across MA and capital markets transactions, financial restructuring, equity and debt fund raisings and providing strategic MA and debt related advice to its corporate clients. You will be playing a key role in transaction activities including liaising with external advisors and service providers; applying industry expertise in the creation and review of complex integrated financial models related to specific transactions and advice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academics with 1-3 years experience within investment banking or an advisory firm. You will have developed excellent research, analytical and financial modelling skills. With impressive interpersonal and communication skills, you will display initiative and a proactive approach to all aspects of your work and career.
