Analytical Valuations Controller (VP)
They are looking at around the mid VP level and successful candidates will be required to provide leadership and mentoring to the team. You will interact regularly with the Front Office as well as other areas such as risk, internal governance and product control. This is a front to back valuations role and is not a conventional IVC position, it will give the incumbent a large scope and control over developing processes and building a robust environment.
Other day-to-day duties include:
* Develop implement strategies of valuation techniques
* Review complex trade information to verify models
* Responsible for the independent valuation at month-end for associated asset classes
* Plan and set up pricing methodologies
* Conduct reviews of various models and assess for gaps
* Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives
