Description

Responsible for activities within Analytics Product Services in support of production, projects and client deliverables. Activities include: Acquiring, verifying and maintaining data via various methods from investment managers and data vendors. Analyzing, researching and reconciling data exceptions using various tools (must have a strong technical aptitude). Other responsibilities include being a member of a work team; contributing to projects; conducting user acceptance testing; and effectively supporting internal and external clients in the use of MAS data and products. This includes responding to all client requests with the appropriate sense of urgency in a clear and concise manner; being accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of generated products based on committed deadlines; being self directed to manage one's workload and project team assignments in order to meet department objectives; proactively identifying and pursuing one's own training needs; and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent work experience required and 6-12 months experience in operations preferred. The incumbent must possess strong written, verbal, and critical thinking skills, and be able to assimilate new information quickly, make sound decisions and manage multiple tasks. The incumbent must have solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MAS specific systems (is preferred). Strong customer service and problem solving skills are also required.
