Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Retail Finance is looking for a skilled and motivated individual with a background in analytics, reporting, data management, and a strong attention to detail. This individual will produce reports, answer questions and perform simple to intermediate ad hoc requests from department mailboxes and consult with internal customers to meet their reporting needs / delivery outputs. In addition, this individual will be responsible for loading, compiling, generating, validating and trending most processes and reports. Identify sales partner needs or challenges, create and provide customized solutions to help influence partners to make sound business decisions. Willing and motivated to learn many different technologies and business processes achieved by mentoring from the more experienced team members, self development and other duties. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years reporting and analytical experience or a minimum of a Bachelors degree in programs such as applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics or computer sciences.
