As a highly experienced project and resource management specialist, you will play a key role in ANZ's Analytics and Strategy Enablement Office. The role is primarily responsible to lead the design, development and subsequent execution of a resource and project management framework, suitable for a large and complex project based team.
Successful applicants will have the following experience / skills:
- 7 years experience within projects / programs
- 5 years experience in resource management within projects / programs
- 5 years working in large and complex organizations
- Analytics and/or Information Management background highly regarded
- Advanced Resource Management experience. Resource planning, allocation, utilization, scheduling, forecasting and reporting
- Able to build strong, open and collaborative working relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to effectively influence, negotiate and manage expectations at all levels
- Possesses a strong work ethic with a delivery focus
- Ability to self manage, working well both independently as well as within a team
