I am working with a very well funded, now very profitable technology start-up focused in the streaming video space.
The company is located in San Francisco, very CalTrain and Bartable.
The director of software is immediately seeking to scale the mobile apps group. He has asked me to locate a few sharp full time mobile app developers.
The group is seeking to hire both Android or iOS developers
What you need for this position:
- Experience with Software Development/Mobile Applications (Java)
- Advanced experience with Android SDK
- Android UI, Theming experience
- Android 1.6+ (Cupcake, Froyo, etc)
Nice to haves:
- iPhone and/or Blackberry application development experience
- J2EE, J2ME, Brew, C++
- BSCS, BS Mathematics, BSEE
What you'll be doing:
- Building mobile applications
- Some server/database coding in Java
- Working with a small team of developers on Android apps
- Responsible for leading new projects and development from start to finish
