The Annual and Leadership Giving Manager will work with the Director of the High Hopes Fund to meet Joslin Diabetes Center’s annual individual giving revenue goals and strengthen the Elliot P. Joslin Society (EPJ) among $1,000+ prospects.
The Manager is responsible for establishing and growing the Joslin’s annual giving. S/he manages the process of identifying, qualifying, and personally cultivating and soliciting 350-500 donors who have the capacity to give $1,000 or more annually to Joslin. This portfolio will be managed via direct mail and face-to-face solicitations. S/he works closely with the Director, High Hopes Fund and Major and Planned Giving Officers to coordinate prospect management activity.
The Manager will have responsibility for contributing to the $1.5 million dollar annual fund goals and the growth of the program via direct mail, leadership gifts, social marketing solicitations, and white mail.
