Anti Bribery & Corruption Manager

A leading global banking business require a Senior Anti-Bribery Corruption Manager to join their Bank within it's financial crime division to cover its European Business. The role will work very closely with the divisional MLRO, and your remit will span across the banks operations, preventing and providing assurance on Anti-Bribery issues.

For this role you will be expected to possess demonstrable experience of ABC within banking. You should also possess experience of designing and implementing ABC assurance programmes. Candidates with a more generalist AML/Financial Crime background with experience of working on ABC will also be considered.

Your main responsibilities will include;
To take responsibility from a for the management of Financial Crime and ABC Projects driven by the bank.
To ensure that all issues raised by the in country teams are addressed and managed through to resolution.
To ensure accurate and timely delivery of all Financial Crime and ABC reporting and oversee the delivery of closure of all relevant audit / monitoring and testing points.
To support the MLRO in the delivery of periodic MLRO reports.
Represent the division at Financial Crime and ABC project boards
Ensure that the regional stakeholders are fully aware of the resource requirements to deliver Group projects and where risks arise to delivery that these are escalated to the MLRO and Head of Compliance
Assist in the monitoring of delivery of Financial Crime and ABC related action points.
Oversee the implementation of changes to Financial Crime and ABC policy and ensure that dispensations and waivers are submitted on time and accurately logged and monitored.
Support the Sanctions officer and AML Programme Manager in delivery of other Financial Crime related projects as and when required.
