The Anti Money Laundering (AML) function is responsible for the provision of reactive and proactive advice to staff on all aspects of AML and is accountable for globally formulated AML policies and sanctions. We seek to protect the Group from the threat of money launderers and terrorist financiers.      

As Anti Money Laundering Sanctions Manager, you'll be reviewing and enhancing the current AML Sanction policy and screening procedures in line with new regulations, while ensuring UK Personal Banking's activities exceed the minimum requirements of the regulatory regime. You'll also be required to review and develop a common AML regime and manage the implementation across UK Personal Banking. Additionally, you'll ensure consistency of AML processes and procedures across the division to deliver full AML compliance.

As an experienced Anti Money Laundering Sanctions Manager, you'll have an understanding of AML legislation and its impact on the Group, along with evidence of using effective planning and organising skills in a previous role. You'll also have an understanding of retail operational processes.
