Program Structure:
The ANZ Generalist Bankers Program is an exciting program which offers a small number of participants the opportunity to develop a career as a senior generalist banker by obtaining generalist, foundational banking knowledge. Generalist bankers commence on a two-year program, consisting of four six-month rotations across the following business areas:
- International Institutional Banking
- Corporate Commercial or Retail Banking
- Risk
- Operations
The program targets candidates who display high learning agility, strong leadership potential, as well as an outstanding employment history. ANZ Generalist Bankers are placed in challenging and rewarding roles, complete on the job and formal training, assigned a senior leader as a mentor, complete leadership development, career planning and networking activities and have regular access to ANZ’s senior leaders.
Eligibility:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Two to five years professional work experience in a full time capacity
- A university degree qualification
- Mobility - both internationally and domestically
