Department Overview
The Operations Change Team is a team that supports the delivery of Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities projects regionally. This includes new products traded by the business, investment in new markets, regulatory driven changes and operational efficiency initiatives.
Main Function
The role holder will work with Operations and Technology teams to deliver projects for APAC branches for FICC business.
Main Duties
- Work closely with Operation team to analyze and determine requirements to produce detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
- Ensures BRD are clearly understood by respective IT teams and that requires are translate into detailed system Functional Specifications documents
- Coordinate and over see end to end UAT processes
- Ensures timely implementation of projects including post reviews
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- The role holder will possess a demonstrable track record of 8 years or more experience in investment banking operations both in line and operation change
- Working on a variety of relevant projects with successful delivery
- Knowledge of FICC products and trade flows
- Strong interpersonal skill and ability to face off with senior stakeholder management
- Technically Savvy and ability to work effectively with IT teams
- Proven people management skills to include selecting, building, and developing teams
- High quality degree and ideally with appropriate change methodology
- A delivery focused individual
- Fluent in written and spoken English is essential
